Title: External Clock HDG2000 does not work
Hi,

I'm trying to using an external clock in my HDG2002 but it does not work as expected, resulting in a lot of glitches and wrong frequency on the output signal. The external clock source I am using is a square wave 10MHz OCXO with 5Vpp.
Some pics to ilustrate the problem:
First picture is the output of the clock signal I'm using:

Second is a sine wave output using the internal clock, as you can see all is ok:

Now, the output of the AWG when I select the external clock:

I fould some old references in a forum with people reporting the same problem, apparently it's some bugs in the firmware.

Is there any fix for that?

My device is using FW 171116.0 (software 1.00.3.03), FPGA 90, PCB 1006

thx

Hantek's technical support replied me by email.

Apparently, the external clock input requires a square wave signal with -1V ~ 6V. I still have to do more tests to confirm but it seems to work that way.
