When connected to a PC, it is defined in the device manager as Hantek 6000B but the software Hantek-6000 ver 2.2.5 does not see the oscilloscope (connection indicator is gray). On the oscilloscope panel, the red LED does not blink. I tried to connect on Windows 10 and Windows 7.

When connected to PC, did you use all black and red USB cable? Does the 6000B in device manager has a yellow "!", you need to update a corresponding driver manually.

Please connect a 5V@2A adapter to the red USB connector as auxiliary power supply.
