Dear Sir or Madam,

I purchased the product on the title. It wont start. I press the power button for a long time but Nothing happens. I thought maybe the battery is low, so i tryed to charge the battery. This does not work either. I checked the manual if I do something wrong but i can't find my mistake.

Would you please help me.

Please charge the device for more than 2 hours. If the device still does not start, please check the battery voltage.
