Title: Hantek DSO5102P Self Calibration Error 0x802
Hi I have a DSO5102P, when performing a Self Calibrarion it gets to step 27 of 38 and fails with the error message "Self calibration failed with error 0x802"

It appears this is associated with the calibration of Channel 1.

How can I fix this please?

Maurice

When you are performing self-calibration, did you calibrate after warming up the engine 30 minutes in advance? And when calibrating, no line can be connected to the oscilloscope, and there can be no input signal.

nk you for your reply,

I would have said yes to your questions but ran the self calibration again ensuring that no probes were connected. Self test passed this time. That's good - sorry to have wasted your time.

Is there a file that lists the meaning of the error codes?

Hi Sir, i got similar problem error 0x802. I did follow the calibration procedure, i disconnect all input and wait after 30min or so before self calibration. How ever the error remain the same at the exactly the same step 27 any suggestion ? Please.
