it's working fine
but symptoms appeared a few days ago.

1. When I run the pc program, the program does not run
2. Disconnect the 6254BD from the computer and the program will run
   but 6245BD not working

3. The LED on the front of the oscilloscope does not light up.

4. I can't hear the relay inside the oscilloscope working

5. It shows that the USB driver is fine.
Same with reinstalling

What should I do?

Dear Sir,
Please open the software after connecting to the machine. Then re-plug the USB to see if the machine can connect?

Scope connect PC --> Driver recognized at Windows --> Open Software ( DSO6000 ) ==> Result : Software does not run ( Software windows not visible )

Scope connect PC --> Driver recognized at Windows --> Open Software ( DSO6000 ) --> Software does not run --> disconnect socpe and pc --> Result : Software running ( Software window appears ) - (1)

(1) --> Scope connect PC ==> Result : Software Windows Visible but Scope not Working ( attached Picture )

I see that red led blink. in device manager have a device . When start program it do not start, but if disconnect the program appear. If again connect device , program still on Searching Device....

I want to buy two more of the same oscilloscope.
but AS is difficult and hesitating.

Hello
What cable do use to connect oscilloscope to the PC? Do you use some USB isolators?
There may not be enough power to power the oscilloscope. So, first try to use standart cable withou any USB isolatros or hubs.

Please use the red and black USB cable to connect the machine.

I always connect that cable directly to the pc.

I use both cable . But problem still. On Device manager have a device but program don't start. When disconnect device program start but when connect again dont work - see Searching device. And red led blink. Can i update some FW ? Even if need to open and use some program device ?

You can contact your seller for repair first. If not, please provide the serial number of your machine.

After a long time, I write the final decision
I gave up on repairing the product.
Send an email to the manufacturer, ask the seller,
I've posted here, but no solution has been suggested.
I just installed the program and repeated the uninstall.
If reinstalling the software doesn't work, throw it away quickly.
