Customer Consultation:

I've purchassed a PC oscilloscop 6022BE. On the USB supply cable thera are 2 USB-A plugs. A black one and a red one. Why 2 plugs and for which purpose.Other question what is the max current comsumption of the device on the 5V usb. When I tried to use it I get a windows fault blue screen on my laptop with the message that the Hantek device is the cause of it ?

Reply:

Generally speaking, This cable pulls power from both USB port, and thus increases the output to the external drive.
The red molded hood on the auxiliary USB-A connector enables the user to quickly distinguish between main and auxiliary power.

About the blue issue of PC, maybe it is related to driver. Please try to use ir on other computer.
