I've also tried:
* remove all oem*.* from INF
* remove all hantek* from system32/* and from the driver cache
* accepting the signature of the driver manually
* removed safe-boot to allow for unsigned drivers
The device was working fine under Win10. Please note, that the driver certificate only had a validity date until end of 2021.
Please supply some information on how to get the driver to be installed.

I got it to work by disabling Core Isolation/Memory Integrity checks in the Windows settings.
I'm a bit disappointed, that there are no official plans to support Win11 since this would render a lot of devices useless for people that have to use a modern operating system.
This is not a Win11 problem. With core isolation/memory integrity enabled, the driver has the same problem with Win10. They just don't support state of the art security settings. It's long known...
