Via ser difícil conseguir uma resposta aqui falando em português, n?o adianta nd ficar repetindo a mesma pergunta. Melhor usar apenas inglês.

Good morning everyone. I'm Brazilian and I need help from geniuses. I have the 2C42 with the latest firmware that now appears for example in a sinusoid to FREQUENCY, MAX AND MIN. What would this MAX and MIN be? Because when it had the option of peak to peak the values gave different. In a 3db sinusoid I get the RMS value and multiply it by 1.4142 and find the peak value where multiplied by 2 I find the peak-to-peak value. Well these values did not hit before and now with this update. I calibrated the tip x10 and x100 and nothing. Please someone help me? Thank you.

FIRMWARE 2019030201
FPGA V04
PCB 00000001

Hello grateful for your response. I understood what you wrote. I expressed myself wrong. What something that is before the old firmware when it appeared the peak-peak value was not correct. Ex. In the sinusoid at 60 Hz in 3 db, the maximum value is the RMS value x 1.4142. When I put the oscilloscope to measure the peak-to-peak value, love gave 2x, the peak went wrong. Then update the 2C42 firmware where MIN MAX is now, but it still shows the wrong values .. Leave two videos on google drive with one x10 tip and one with an x100 tip. Please see it. The value of the peak of runtime must be rms * 1.4142. The parameter for the result on the oscilloscope can not be obtained. Can you help me? Thank you very much.

I answered to you on the EEVblog forum, apparently the problem is that you are using AC coupling to measure a low frequency signal. Change the coupling to DC and check again.

Hello,
I've tried to upgrade firmware by following the instructions found on this forum.
The upgrade failed and now the device is dead with no response to anything.
I have read in this thread about a way to re-flash it with instructions in a file that is not anymore online.
Could you please let me know how to obtain this archive?
Thank you in advance.
