1008C Drivers , Unknown Device

I have loaded the software and drivers that came with my 1008C on a Windows XP , Windows 7 and a Windows 10 Pro computer. The software runs in demo mode . The computers reconize the 1008C as an unknown device . When the 1008C is plugged into my Windows 10 Pro computer , the green power light , lights up , then it comes up as " Unknown USB Device ( Device Descriptor Request Failed ) . If I try to manuelly load the drivers I get " The Best Drivers for Your Device are already installed " but shows it as an unknown device . Could there be something wrong with the 1008C ? This is a new Occiliscope and has never worked for me.

Hardware device connection failed. Suggest replacing a USB cable for testing.

I tried the following with 2 different USB cables
- Uninstalled all Hantek software from my laptop.
- Followed the link in the Hantek 1008 Users Manual V1.0.5
- Downloaded Hantek 1008C Ver. 1.0.30 software
- Ran SETUP
- Installed SCOPE 1008
- Run DEVICE DRIVER INSTALLATION WIZARD
- Driver Name HANTEK (DSO6CDE) , Status READY TO USE
- Finish install
- Plugged in Hantek 1008C oscilloscope USB DEVICE NOT RECOGNIZED
- Opened Hantek software from desktop icon , with ocilliscope attached , pop up window NO DEVICE FOUND

What else could be my problem ?

Uninstall the software complete. Go in the device manager and right klick Hantek 1008 and uninstall
Plug in your Hantek device and make sure that this device is now unknown.
Safe this in a folder on your desktop https://www.eediscuss.com/forum. ... yfDMwNzc1fDkwMTI%3D
Go in the device manager and make a driver update on the unknown device manually with the path to the saved folder on your desktop
Unplug your Hantek device and plug in again
check at the USB controller that the Hantek 1008 is listet now
run the setup exe from the 1.0.30 software again - and go have ice!

If it is pointed out that “Device Descriptor Request Failed”, to Express Hardware device connection failed  and has nothing to do with the installation of the driver.

And nothing to do with the USB Cable this is a Bug in the Hantek device
