Please open the device manager and find the device to update the driver ...
Had tried every things.
Delete old river and install new
Update driver
Down load driver file from Hantek web then update
Even restart window in special mode to avoid check of unsigned driver
....
Hello still waiting for help regarding Hantek 365F
I bought Hantek 365F OnLine and got delivery since last week BUT still cant able to use it !! FYI it working Ok with iPad but cant get the software run on Windows 10 !!!!!

INSTALL DRIVER FROM CD THEN UPDATE STILL "NO USB DEVICE FOUND"
INSTALL DRIVER DOWNLOADED FROM HANTEK THEN UPDATE, AGAIN""NO USB DEVICE FOUND"
