Thanks for the quick response. Unfortunately, I still have the same issue. I tried to clean up all the device drivers after Uninstalling from device manager, as follows: deleted all Windows\INF\oem*.* files, then Windows\System32\drivers\Hantek*.*, and also cleaned up the DriverStore folder, removing hantek drivers. When I plugged in the module, I was back at "Unknown device", then Updated Driver from the files copied from the URL you provided. Here is what Event Viewer shows:
