Hi,
I am seeing the same problem with my new 6022BE. However, I do not have an exclamation next to my driver, it says its working correctly. I installed the drivers from the included CD, and also the one off the Hantek website, but same result. i.e. the software just shows "Searching device..." I also have a flashing red light on the unit, next to the CH1 input.

I am running Windows 10 pro version 1903 OS Build 18362.356

Please advise.

Thanks

Hi,

Thanks for the quick response. Unfortunately, I still have the same issue. I tried to clean up all the device drivers after Uninstalling from device manager, as follows: deleted all Windows\INF\oem*.* files, then Windows\System32\drivers\Hantek*.*, and also cleaned up the DriverStore folder, removing hantek drivers. When I plugged in the module, I was back at "Unknown device", then Updated Driver from the files copied from the URL you provided. Here is what Event Viewer shows:

But I still get the flashing red light, and "Searching device..." in the app.

I must be missing something :-(

Thanks,

Vic

Ah. Problem fixed! I was starting the scope app from the desktop link that was installed by the installer. This was not working. But then I used the windows start menu, and started "Hantek6022BE" from there, it work fine!
Then I reinstalled the app, now the desktop link works too. Great.

Thanks,

Vic
