I've purchaced a hantek 2d72. I installed the desktop software on a windows 7 laptop. I wanted to update the firmware on the scope, but when I connect the scope via usb to the computer the device manager doesn't recognize the scope. Also the scope wil not go in programming mode due to press "on" and "F1" button. How can I update the firmare of the scope??
Please start your scope and connect it to your computer, and upload a screenshot of the device manager to study.
And when you connect it to your computer, is the power key light red?
See attached picture. Yes The power on button is becoming red when I connect the usb to the computer, but device manager page doesn't refresh (does not see new devices).
And yes I've installed Dfdemo, but I think first it is important to get a working usb connection.
