Is there a Wifi Rest API I could use to programmatically setup the oscilloscope and trigger data acquisition over the network ?
Same question for Serial connection. Can I connect on USB and over a serial terminal send a sequence of commands to setup the oscilloscope and retrieve data ?
I am looking for a way to programmatically retrieve data from the oscilloscope.

When an Android app controls the oscilloscope, it is done programmatically, so there is a defined protocol to control the oscilloscope over tcp programmatically. Why not publishing this interface ? I guess this is done via a Rest API. If you could release this API the whole community could develop more apps and tools and that would give more value to Hantek products.
