I bought HANTEK 2D82 AUTO and can not power on.

Battery is fully charged, 3.6V.

When did this problem arise? After you receive it, or using it for a while?
Please follow the steps below to check:
1. Install the batteries.
2. Press F1 and hold, then press the power button.
Is the key marked in the following image flashing red and green?
