DSO5102B hangs

My DSO hangs after 1-2 min of work. Boot count in sys info is always 1, DSO can't save any setting.
if I connect the signal it hangs mush faster.

It looks like e2prom corrupted.

Can't you give the tools to reset e2prom?

You can try installing a new EEPROM (clean) and use disaster recovery. Turn it on in 1-2 seconds turn off and on again. On the black screen, you will see a menu with the item recovery.
