I cannot get the driver to install. I have gone into the setting and enabled unsigned drivers but I still get an error when trying to install the driver

I downloaded the lastest drivers from the website but it did not work. I have uninstalled the hardware and reinstalled it several times. I have deleted drivers and installed them again several times.
