DSO3254A不能连接到电脑

2018年4月买的DSO3254A，正常使用了一年。然后放在柜子里面呆了一年，再次拿出来使用时，无法连接到电脑上。使用DSO3000A程序和Keysight IO Library Suite都不能建立连接，并且示波器和电脑之间用USB连接起来时，电脑不显示找到新硬件。这个情况是坏了么？我应该怎么处理？
