How to do mainboard programming via USB?

2.5 Program others2.5.1 Connect

Connect the mainboard and computer by serial port wire. Open software SecureCRT. Connect the correct “com” port.

Connect the computer and mainboard by USB cable.

Connect your scope(J801) to PC serial interface via RS232 to TTL module or USB to TTL module.

2.5.2 Install USB download driver

Restart it and import several “blank” fastly and immediately, the interface would be shown as below.

Tap “2”, the unknown device will be found and waiting to be installed.

Select the USB Download Driver folder to install the driver.

2.5.3 Download wh3 zImage_5102P3 into mainboard

After installing the driver successfully, tap “3”, click “enter”

Open EmbedSkyDownLoadTool, select USB->UBOOT->select file

Select wh3 zImage_5102P3

Then review software SecureCRT

When this statement “Enter your selection: ” appears, that means wh3 zImage_5102P3 programming is finished.

Select “5”, click “enter”

2.6 Power off and restart the device
