Hi all. Is there a way to force a scope channel offset (as a calibration) ?

Scope switched on for a few minutes, run "Calibration" from menu and, at the end of the process, CH1 GND coupled is not aligned with its 0 reference (see attachment). CH2 is perfectly 0 aligned.What can I do ?

Hi Amy, something happened.
After updating FW and FPGA as you wrote and automatica calibration, the Gnd coupling is correctly aligned to 0, while DC and AC coupling always has an offset.
Please, look at the attached pictures.
