Hello!
I own a Hantek model 6254BC USB oscilloscope connected to a Windows 10 x64 ver 1909 computer, and today I have run into a problem with it.
When I run Hantek6000 software, it starts ok, but there is no graph line on the screen for any channel. Selecting AUTO mode does not do anything, and reset to firmware defaults in menu too.
"Connect" lamp blinks orange in the software, and green on the oscilloscope. When I turn voltage range knob I hear internal clicking sounds from oscilloscope, means connection is OK. And software shows "Connected" in lower left corner.
All I have tried to do
so far to resolve this issue is:
- close and restart software - did not help;
- restart computer - did not help;
- power down all devices for a few minutes and power them up again - did not help;
- reinstall software and drivers, not deleting driver, from my own downloaded some time ago file version 2.2.2 - did not help;
- delete device driver too until yellow (!) DSO Device shows in device manager, and reinstall driver again - - did not help;
- use another computer with Windows 10 x64 ver 1707 where oscilloscope never was used berfore, and install software downloaded directly from your website (it installs Hantek6000 ver.2.2.5 software and Hantek 6000B 3.4.7.0 date 11.09.2017 driver) - did not help;

- also tried drivers from this forum post (it gives a Hantek6000B(CDE) USB device), but is not working either;
- also tried drivers from this forum post (it gives a Hantek6000B device), but is not working too.
So, as for now - still no luck, there is no graph line in software.
"About" dialog shows this:
Software version: 20160628
Driver version: 20160531
FPGA Version: D001
PCB Version: V1.06
Please advise me how to get my oscilloscope working back, I need it to do work!

Thanks for your help, wangshuang!

In my case 1.8v DC DC converter IC was broken. Since it is 600 mA current only, it can be replaced by simple linear LDO DC DC like 1117-1.8 easily, there is pretty much free space around to place it. Just desolder original broken IC.

Now the oscilloscope works again, thanks again for help!

Yes, status in left corner is "Connected". Trigger sweep is AUTO. Still no signal displayed.
Here is a screenshot.

If the status in the left corner is "Connected", please check if the "Trigger Sweep" is AUTO.

Have you performed self-calibration? Is there an error message?

Yes, I have tried to run self-calibration. There is still no signal displayed in the software (I remember that device should start clicking and signal moves from bottom to top of screen).
I can select any channel 1-4, but after I press calibrate button, I hear a single click, then software waits about 5-7 seconds and then an error dialog "Error: Over Time !" pops up.
