6022BL not working

After connecting with 2 usb ports while another port was used by Arduino Uno, then 6022BL was not responding at all, even led wasn't blinking.
At manager, unknown device which was properly installed before can not find drive file.

Someone tell me advices.

Does the Device Manager display an unknown device now? If yes, you need reinstall driver manually.
