2D72 Bad Quality LCD Display issue......

My 2D72 bought from Taobao around end/March/2020 and the serial number is CN20080072026464.

The 1st time to turn it on for few minutes when I just received it. It looked good.

The 2nd time to turn it on is few days ago..........
Find that the there are some multiple lines showing near the bottom of the LCD display............


Contacted the seller in Taobao and told them this issue.
Then, they told me to upgrade the firmware and try again.
Of course, even the firmware has been upgraded but this issue cannot be solved.
Since it is impossible to send back to the seller, please let me know how to solve this issue...........
I am so disappointed about the QC..........

Is it possible to send the PCB or LCD to me and let me to replace it by myself?

It looks like the LCD is fault.
Please contact your seller to get a new LCD directly.
