Hello.  I am having a problem with the Hantek 6204BD.  When connected to a PC, it is defined in the device manager as Hantek 6000B but the software Hantek-6000 ver 2.2.5 does not see the oscilloscope (connection indicator is gray).  On the oscilloscope panel, the red LED does not blink.  I tried to connect on Windows 10 and Windows 7.

When connected to PC, did you use all black and red USB cable? Does the 6000B in device manager has a yellow "!", you need to update a corresponding driver manually.

When connecting, I use 2 cables red and black.  The device manager displays normally without a "!"  I reinstalled the driver and software many times.

Please connect a 5V@2A adapter to the red USB connector as auxiliary power supply.
Can solve your problem?

I tried to connect with an additional power source (5v 2a) unfortunately it did not work.

Below are screenshots of the device manager software and front panel.
