2d72 死机问题

滚动模式 100ms 切换万用表模式，再切回示波器直接死机掉电。几乎100%

保持示波器模式不变，按menu或者其他按键也有掉电问题。

非滚动模式貌似未发现掉电。

电量充足，插外接电源也掉电死机。

更新到0609固件问题依然，我更新了2019年的版本，显示倒过来了。貌似没有死机掉电问题，软件的bug？希望尽快修复。

I can confirm this bug in my 2D42 using FW 2020052201 or 2020051401. I reverted to version 2019110801 and it won't crash in scroll mode anymore.

I'm using FPGA 7 as well.

I updated version 2019110801 . In scroll mode won't crash anymore. but when I switch X-T /x-Y/roll mode it will got the same problem random...

There is a new fw available, version 2020060901. I installed it through the AutoUpdater, and at first, the oscilloscope worked fine but now it will have the same problem, crashing in roll mode when changing from scope to DMM and back to scope or scope to AWG and back.
For me, version 2019110801 is the most stable so far.
I also noticed another issue with the 2020xxxx firmware, the DC mA mode of the multimeter does not work when I install any of the latest FW, the hardware is fine, it's a software problem, reverting to an older version, it works. This issue seems to affect only my instrument, I tested others newer devices and there's no problem, maybe an incompatibility with earlier production batches?

thanks for your comment. old version sw have a random peak in Y-T/Roll mode issue.

I will checker my instrument hw version later.
