Trig Menu Key -> Mode Softkey help information

Press this softkey to toggle the trigger mode between Auto and Normal.

* Auto mode - it causes the scope to draw a waveform even no trigger detected.

* Normal mode - the scope only displays waveforms when the input signal meets the set trigger condition.

Trig Menu Key -> 50% Softkey help information

This softkey sets the trigger level of displayed analog channel trigger source to 50% value of the waveform.

Trig Menu Key -> Holdoff Softkey help information

Press this softkey and turn the V0 knob to adjust the trigger holdoff time during which the scope cannot trigger.

Use Holdoff to create a stable display of complex waveforms.

Force Trig Key help information

Press and immediately release the Force Trig key to force the scope to trigger and display the signal at the time

it was triggered.

In Auto trigger mode, the trigger will be forced if the specified conditions are not met.

In Normal trigger mode, the trigger will never be forced and a trigger will only occur if the specified conditions

are met.

Press and hold the Force Trig key to display history waveform menu.

Run/Stop Key help information

Press the Run/Stop key to stop and start waveform acquisition.

When the key in green (run status), you can resume continuous acquisition after a single sequence acquisition.

When the key in red (stop status), you can use the vertical and horizontal knobs to pan and zoom the stored

waveforms (last trigger acquisition).

Single Key help information

Press the Single key to acquire a single waveform trace.

The key will remain orange until the oscilloscope is triggered. After the trigger event, the waveform is displayed

and triggering is disabled until re-armed by pressing the Single key again.

AutoScale Key help information

When you press the AutoScale key, the scope will quickly determine which channels are active and automatically

configure the best display of the input signals on these channels. Any channels where no signal is detected are

turned off.

AutoScale Key -> Multi-Period Softkey help information

To display multi cycles of waveforms.

AutoScale -> Single-Period Softkey help information

To display one cycle of waveform only.

AutoScale -> AutoRange Softkey help information

Sets the oscilloscope to best display the input signal automatically whenever you change the volt/div or time/div.

Turn on or off the auto range function.

AutoScale -> AutoRange -> Scale Softkey help information

Select the auto range type.

*XY Scale - Adjust both horizontal and vertical scales according to input signal.

*X Scale - Adjust only the horizontal scale according to input signal.

*Y Scale - Adjust only the vertical scale according to input signal.

Select the channels you want to observe after pressing the AutoScale key.

* All Channels - The scope displays all the channels that meet AutoScale requirements when next time you

press the AutoScale key.

* Only Displayed Channels - The scope displays only the turned on channels when next time you press the

AutoScale key.

Press this softkey to return to the previous settings before you pressed the AutoScale key.

Channel Key 1 help information

Press the channel key 1 to switch the channel on or off and open the CH1 Menu, where you can set up this

channel. When the channel key lit, the channel is on.

You can use the vertical position knob to move the waveform up or down on the display and press this knob

to set the vertical position of the waveform to zero.

You can use the vertical scale knob to set the volts/div of a waveform. The waveform display will contract or

expand relative to the ground reference level. Press this knob to toggle between fine and coarse adjustment.
