My scope Hantek 6254BD, stop working after normal use.
Can you please send the latest firmware for the Hantek 6254BD for both Cypress microcontroller and FPGA.

Excellent day; I have a hantek 6254bc that stopped working and being recognized by Windows, where it appears only as an unknown device, I see that they explain a similar problem here.

It would be very helpful if you could give me your support with the files and manual to install them on my computer and know if it can continue working.
I'm on the lookout.
