there is not a short circuit between any two of these four pins''(There are some resistance values between 920 ohms and even higher ohm value'') ..I hope that with your help we will find a solution.thanks

Wenn the oscilloscope is connected to the computer,the LED light is NOT ON and not flashes red!these is maybe My problem!thanks.what can i to do?
