The software shows an error. The maximum sampling rate is 250MSa/s for single channel.
My digital test signal is a 36 MHz square wave (not sinusoidal), but I also tested it at 20, 16 and 10 MHz. At 10 MHz, the signal becomes more like the original (square wave).
Yes I am using a 50 ohm impedance matcher to test the 36 MHz signal.
What then does the parameter "70 MHz analog bandwidth" mean, the bandwidth of what?
What is the maximum frequency that can be measured / viewed on this oscilloscope without distortion?
