6022bl horizontal software freezing red light

I have a 6022bl and, after installing everuthing, i'm still having problems with the software. Whenever i set the horizontal time/div above 20ms a red light starts to blynk on the ocsilloscope and I can't properly measure anything since data lagas to show on screen. Is my device broke?

what does this redlight means?

I see it... unfortunately even the trigger is laggy and looses the packet sometimes with greater horizontal times...
