DSO4084B PC connection problem

Customer consultation

I have a problem connecting DSO4084B oscilloscope to PC. Serial nuber is CN1811001001542.
In attachment you can find a photo of screen when it's not properly displaying system information.

I own one more oscilloscope of the same type and it is connecting to PC just fine and it is also displaying complete information in system information menu.

Is there a way you can help me solving the problem?

The lack of system information does not affect the use. And system information can only be added by our company's operations.

Oscilloscope shows usb connection icon on the display, but windows software doesn't see the scope. Maybee the Keysight connection software needs this system infornation to properly connect. Please help me add this information, if you can.

To add information communication, you need to mail the machine over, and we will help you add the system information.Can't you connect to the software now?
