DSO4084B PC connection problem

I have a problem connecting DSO4084B oscilloscope to PC. Serial nuber is CN1811001001542.
In attachment you can find a photo of screen when it's not properly displaying system information.

I own one more oscilloscope of the same type and it is connecting to PC just fine and it is also displaying complete information in system information menu.

Is there a way you can help me solving the problem?

The lack of system information does not affect the use. And system information can only be added by our company's operations.

The oscilloscope can not connect to PC software.

Please provide your machine model and machine serial number (on the back shell), we will make an upgrade package for you.
