Customer consultation

I have recently bought a DS04254B. It is very good for the price, but I
am having a few problems.

1. Saving a waveform in csv format does not work. I get a file with the
right number of samples and channels. but the data does not match what I
see on the display.

2. Once the cursor functions are activated, a measurement window is
displayed on the screen. I could find no way to remove this window
again. The only thing that works is to reset to defaults.

3. The math functions does not work at all.

I was wondering if a firmware update will solve these problems? This is
very risky. If I load the wrong firmware, my oscilloscope may become
totally useless.

I downloaded the following file from the Hantek website: dso4kb_20210701.upk

Can you please confirm if this is the right firmware for my osciloscope?

The product details is as follows:

Model DSO4254B

Serial CN2037001005041

Software 1.1.2 (200529.0)

Hardware 101.001.001.000.000.000.0

FPGA a005

After opening the cursor, a measurement window appears. If you want to cancel the window, click the cursor button (CURSOR) again.
Please describe the other two issues in more detail. It is best to make a video and send it to the mailbox for better reference.
In addition, the upgrade package on the official website is correct.
