Cannot update Firmware

Dear Team.

I notice new Firmware for the Handhelp 2000 series.My device is a 2D42
update firmware 2021.11.18 --> 2021090901

I follow the instructions as given with the Dfu Upgrade tool
I canot enter Dfu mode the Run /Stop button never start to flash Green and Red , the instruction say I need to reprogram ARM 1 -
can you please assist me with the correct instruction and tools to reprogram the ARM 1 as I would like to run the latest SW Version

Please remove the batteries and install again, can the oscilloscope start normally?
If so, please update the firmware again and take a video for me to study.

Dear Amy.

Thank you I will try your test.
Note the scope is working Normally ,I just could not go in Boot mode so I did not update the firmware

If the update will break my scope then I will not upodate my scope is working with the Firmware version it was supplied from the Factory

I am affraid to remove the battries maybe the scope will not start normally as you expect in your post so may be better to work with the old firmware

Dear Amy.

Thank you after removing and installing the battries the scope could go into boot mode I upgrade the Firmware to 2021090901 and was very happy to see that
the FW now allows us to select the type of measurement we want to see in the display This is great as it was a limitation in the past
