Device Nand 0 Not found when running update

Hello,

When I run the update for my 4254C using the SD slot, I see it installing files but also says device nand0 not found? Does anyone know what this is?

Shows it installs sucssufully and but when I remove the jumper and sd card the scope I still get no video after that..what am I missing?
