Hello, I'm trying to get a warranty on my Hantek 6074 I purchased aprox 5 to 6 months ago from Amazon. They said I need to go through the manufacturer. I have e mailed several times. The usb scope will not connect to any pc. I have tried different drivers, cables and pc. I have another 6074 along with a 6022 and a 1008c. I am experienced with these. I think the board is malfunctioning. I really would like a replacement. I'm trying to set up a beginner scope class . I was going to have each student get one. Please let me know hot to get a warranty.
