I have a Hantek 6254BD oscilloscope that I accidently short circuited to ground. I opened the unit and noticed an IC has burnt marks on a lead. The IC is identified as U4 and had 1ADUH inscribed on the top of the IC. What is this chip? I'd like to replace it to see if I can save this oscilloscope.
