DSO2D15 CH1 stopped, display of signal source messed up

Hi all, my DSO2D15 purchased in August 2022 started having problems a week ago displaying correctly on CH1. It's got the most recent Firmware and the problem began a week after the update. Nothing unusual has been going on as far as my testing just simple waveforms. Inputting a signal source from my Juntek 9080 has worked fine on both channels,until recently, but now Channel 1 fails to show a correct waveform. No matter what I've done has be able to get it to work right. Resetting or redoing the firmware has not resulted in clearing up the problem.

Any ideas?  Support?
