Q1. Can I measure just the AC component with 6022BE ? Or I have to add a dc blocking capacitor myself?

The software seems only allow DC measurements.

Q2. What is the maximum voltage I can measure without damages ?

Otherwise my new unit seems to be working fine, I can even get it to work on othe Win10 and Win 11.
