Hello,

I recently acquired a 6254BD USB scope.
The issue I have is when I select a Time/DIV smaller than 500ns, the measured voltage is reduced. For instance if a 5.0V is at the input, if 200ns is selected, the voltage reported is 4.2V!!!

It is supposed this version is up to 250MHZ I was not expecting to have this big accuracy error.

Please provide a fix to use it properly.

I want to measure a clock signal  rise/ fall time, with the reduced value of the TOP voltage, I do not know how accurate is the gotten results.

BTW, what levels for rise/fall time are used? 20/80 ,  10/90?

Thanks in advance for your support
