DSO5102P not starting

Hello,

I have a problem with my DSO5102P.

The serial number is:

T 1G/138 035853

It will not boot and the screen only shows theHantek logo.

I can then turn it off then power it up againand then it will show a menu listing :

- F1 reboot

- F2 recover to factory default

- F3 Update recover partition

I have tried them all. The last 2 return"operation failed!" after a half a minute or so.

For full diclosure I have not used this scopefor quite a few months.

I would appreciate any help I can get.
