Good morning, my name is Ramiro,
I have a problem with DSO4102C.
It won't boot and the screen only shows the Hantek logo.
Then turn off and turn on again, you will see the menu list.
- Restart F1
- Restore factory settings with F2
- F3 update recovery partition
I tried F1, F2, F3, but it doesn't start properly.
The serial number is:
T 1G/049 007842
Can you kindly help me
