Hello!

I have just bought a new Hantek 4032L device.

When I plug it into the PC, it says: USB device malfunctioned or has a missing driver. I have tried to load the drivers from the mini CD and the latest drivers from the product page.

The problem remains, the device is not installed properly. I think the USB enumeration fails, so the drivers are not recognized for this device.

When I plug the power cord to 4032L, the red LED at the top goes ON about 1-2sec after power up and remains ON permanently. If I plug the USB to the computer or disconnect it, the red LED is always ON. Is this correct?

Do I have a hardware malfunctioned 4032L? I have tried to install it on three different computers: Win7 32-bit, WinXP 32-bit and Win10 64-bit. The device does not install, drivers do not work.

Please help!
Thank you very much

To reply to myself, there was a manufacture error - a soldering joint that made a short circuit to USB line.
