Hantek HDG2002B Factory Reset?

Hi, I'm a newbie here, so apologies in advance if this question has already been answered, but I did try searching for it first!

I have a Hantek HDG2002B which will not turn on, it will only display a blue screen with the message "Sorry, the application has no response! The system will restart after 30s"
It is stuck in a loop and displays the same message again after it restarts, or if I switch it off and on again; removing the backup battery does not help!
I was trying to edit an arb waveform and think that I might have changed some settings incorrectly, so is it possible to reset the factory default settings, maybe with a jumper on the PCB?
Earlier I had installed the latest firmware from the Hantek website (afg_hdg2000b_160411.upk) and it was working OK after this, although there were some crashes with the same message displayed, but the unit recovered from these after a power cycle

The serial number is DDS2300248

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!
