The scope is reading 3/2 higher in frequency than it should.
Scope on 1kHz calibration port shows 1kHz square wave. ***this is incorrect. ***
Scope on 1kHz function generator shows 1.5kHz squarewave.  *** the function generator is correct.  the scope reading is being calculatedincorrectly, should be 1kHz. ***
Scope on ~500Hz square wave arduino shows 750Hz squarewave.  *** again the scope is incorrectlycalculating the frequency by a 3/2 factor.***
Scope picking up 60Hz interference shows 90Hz sinewave.  *** 3/2 calculating error. ***
It appears to be a coding error or a calibration error ofthe 1kHz calibration port.
Please advise on how to correct.

Thank you.

Redownloaded and reinstalled software and firmware**.
No change.

**?Firmware update error?**
Fresh Format Fat32
dso3kb_20161204_LA.up only file

usb host not reading... usb light not on
unplug and restart - usb host now is reading
rescan
io message
UP
send
indicator lights flash
wait 10 minutes - no beep, no connection reset
repeat again and again - no beep or connection reset
Not sure if firmware update is working.

Model DSO3000B maybe issue.
Firmware 1.0.1

Is this the updated firmware version?
Thanks again for your help.

I see that another user may have had a similar problem.
Frequency Issue

It appears that they were able to correct the problem by connecting their scope to another computer.
I tried to connect mine to three different computers to see if the error would disappear, it has not.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please disconnect any probes or cables to the input connectors, and click "Utility->Calibration" to do self calibration.
If the problem exists, please upload some pictures to study.

Allowed system to warm up for 10 minutes.  Re-calibrated "without grounding" as instructed.
Still perfectly calibrated on function generator.  Scope is reading 3/2 on frequency as shown in pictures below.
