Hello,
I purchased Hantek 6254BD scope recently. I got 2 pp-250 probes and 2 other probes (have not mentioned the model). PP-250 probes are not showing any output. Though they used to show when connected to the probe compensator. Other two probes are working but not pp-250 probes. May i know what is the reason. where am i going wrong. I hope the probes are not damaged as i have not connected them any high voltage or high current circuits.
