DSO3254A does not recognize USB.

Hello, I am using the DSO3254A now.
But, the DSO3254A suddenly does not recognize USB from PC.
Below refer to picture.

The USB recognition failure is displayed every certain time.
The same happens on my PC as well as on other PC.
Please provide a workaround for this issue.

Sir, please check whether there is a IO icon on the lower right corner of the computer.
If not, please check whether the five services are started in the following picture.

If not, please start them manually.

Anu further discussion, please let me know.

Sir, did you install a software with NI recently on your computer?
Please replace a computer to test.

I'm not recently install NI software on my computer.
And other PC occurs the same problem.
It seems to be the internal problem of DSO3254A.
Can I reinstall the F/W of DSO3254A?

Sir, please uninstall the IOLibsuite and refer to the pictures to reinstall it manually, and install the Keysight VISA as primary VISA.

   

And please right the unknown device in device manager and select the properties.
And give me a screenshot of the Hardware ID as the following picture.
