DSO3254A does not recognize USB.

Hello,
I had the same problem with a 3254A: the windows detected the oscilloscope in the Device Manager, but it couldn't communicate with it.
This happened all of a sudden after using it ~6 month.

Tried the solution above, now the oscilloscope is not detected at all by windows.
When powering up the oscilloscope, all the 4 external led flash at high intensity then stay at mid intensity. The 2 leds on the board stay on.
Any other solution?
