Hello,

Yesterday the oscillosope arrived. I have tested it and it was working.

Today I started a measure, to check the features of the oscilloscope, but it doesn't work anymore. I used the single shot function (Single button) and after that I pressed the Run/Stop button, the Run/Stop button blinks red and green very fast and then it didn't responds to any button press. So I powered off the oscilloscope. Maybe a software bug. Now when the power-on switch is pressed, the oscilloscope hangs when the Hantek logo appears. Is there a way for a hard reset? I can't find any information for this in the user manual.

Sir, please press Power button to turn on, press Power button to turn off before the LCD screen is lit.
Now press Power button to turn on again.
If there is a figure like the picture, please press "recover the system" option to do.
