DSO4254C does not boot

Customer consultation

I have DSO4254C with serial number CN1829002001839. I didn't use it for couple of months. I powered on it yesterday and it did not boot. It hangs on startup screen.

I also tried recovery menu but it didn't help too. F2 option still hangs on QR code screen. F3 option with latest firmware which I downloaded from Hantek website also
fails with "Operation failed!" message. Name of the file which I use is"dso4kb_20210701.upk". I use an 8GB usb stick.

Could you provide an working firmware for this device please.

If the machine is stuck on the boot screen and cannot be turned on, please provide the serial number of the machine, and we will provide the corresponding recovery file.

Hi. Can you send me the same file?The problem is the same. (Failed to execute /linuxrc. Attempting defaults... Kernel panic - not syncing: No init found. Try passing init= option to kernel. See Linux Documentation/init.txt for guidance. )
