Hantek DSO5202P don’t work Front Panel

Please help me repair my like oscilloscope Hantek DSO5202P.
After switching on, after 5 minutes, the display of the beam of the first channel disappeared and the Front Panel stopped working - there is no response to pressing the button, all control knobs are not adjusted. Upon repeated When you turn on the button again, the LEDs light up in random state, the buttons do not respond, the word Error FPGA version does not math with the app!! appears on the monitor!
I has disassembled the scope and check the keyboard line - all alright! However problem still exists!

Do you assume that the problem is in quartz or you need to flash the processor CycloneIII ?

Use oscilloscope to test output waveform of the crystal in the circle, use a multimeter to test the voltage of the two points in the circle. Record the data, shared with us.

I made the measurements everything is normal: 2.5 V, 1.24 V, crystal - 100 MHz.
Maybe there is some chip in the front panel?
